No country celebrates its birth like our country does. And when you visit a national cemetery on July 4th you will experience the celebration at its ultimate and most profound…topped off by a powerful fireworks display in the evening…of course!
There are 146 designated national cemeteries in the United States. The services and events they present on Independence Day each year are indeed profound as well as reverent and awe-inspiring. July 4th is the day to observe and celebrate the birth of our Republic, all the freedoms, liberties and opportunities we have and other blessings, and to honor our veterans and the men and women who serve our great nation in uniform.
All of us at the 59 VETERANS PROJECT intend to honor our veterans in a great many beneficial ways, especially when our project hits full stride later in the year. To learn more about us and to be part of our project, please visit us here: http://www.59veterans.com.
Meanwhile, we want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday weekend and to enjoy a safe, sparkling and Star-Spangled Banner 4th of July!!!
