Here are the reasons why:

1. Overregulation
2. Overengineering

3. Over-idiocy

We Need A Swiss HSR Tunnel in America!

SWISS TRAIN

PLEASE READ & SHARE!

To the rest of the world it used to be America’s mantra “What you can do, we can do better.” And more often than not it was the rest of the world emulating us or trying to out-do us. However, for some time now America has been sorely left in the dust when it comes to mass transportation, public transportation, cost-effective and fast/innovative transportation and the ferrying of people and goods throughout and across our great country.

However, we shouldn’t be against anyone who is doing these things with great success and ultimate state of the art effectiveness. We should let them set an example for us and motivate us to all get on board the HSR bullet train and embrace this superior transportation system.

So check out this engineering marvel of a HSR tunnel the Swiss have created in Europe and tell us what you think. Tell us if you’re ready to reclaim our mantra, and tell it to the world: “What you can do, we can do better!”

HSR IN EUROPE SHOULD BE IN AMERICA!

THALYS BULLET TRAIN
SHARE THIS BULLET MESSAGE WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
On May 20 there was a sales promotion from the Thalys company. Only on May 20 you could buy a single ticket for between 20/05/06 and 20/09/06 for €20 (about $20) between any destination served by Thalys trains in Europe.
For example: a friend bought a single trip ticket from Brussels to Paris for just €20. The distance between these two cities is around the same distance between Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, Florida. Because of the cheap prices and Bullet-train speed of HSR, not a single airliner can compete with this, not even the bus services and certainly no automobile.
Imagine if this would happen in the U.S., traveling between Washington DC and NYC in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes for the price of €20? Why spend $200 for an airplane?
The success of such pricing and HSR in Europe have also increased the demand for seats. A few trains will consist of three units. The length will be 600 meters but the capacity will be 1153 passengers. To put things in perspective, the capacity will be 132.59% of an Airbus A380.
America needs high speed rail!

HSR IS PROGRESSING IN TEXAS!

PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL YOUR FANS & FRIENDS!

We think things are progressing in Texas very nicely toward building and bringing high speed rail to the state. Read this recent report and tell us what you think. If Texas is where America’s first HSR is implemented and established, that’s fine by us, and we salute the Lone Star State for it!
