If you need a personalized poem written for you, a loved one or even a loving pet, my services are available. And I provide many other kinds of professional writing–all at an affordable price and to fulfill the need you need fulfilled!

Meanwhile, with all the cat and dog pics I find online all the time, it’s only right to share a short poetic eulogy I wrote for a buddy cat. He sang like a famous opera singer and liked to hug and climb doors. If you’ve ever had a buddy cat, you might appreciate this eulogy to mine.

MY BUDDY TIBBITT

Cat in the kitchen, Stock Photo - 12694183

Once of the best and most loving buddy cats I ever had (or I should say he had me!) was my two-thirds calico cat Tibbitt.¬† I named him Tibbitt cause he had an operatic voice like the famous baritone from years ago, Lawrence Tibbitt.¬† Well, my Tibbett could sing with the best of them!¬† When I lost him and knew he was gone, I wrote him this tribute poem.¬† For those of you who have had buddy cats and appreciate our feline friends, I think you might enjoy my humble little poem here.¬† You might even take it to heart…and then to heaven with you!

TIBBITT

I lost a dear, tender cat friend today,
A true friend I loved more than words can say.
And though I didn’t see him killed, or die,
When he didn’t come home today, my heart knew why.

I guess the creatures we love and who love us
Sometimes love us beyond all human belief.
Yes, they do become like angels above us.
But first they go off to die alone to spare us grief.

Day 983 of my captivity…

My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre  little dangling objects.  They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets.

Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape.  In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.

Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. ¬†I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what I am capable of.¬†¬†However, they merely made condescending comments about what a ‘good little hunter’ I am. ¬†Bastards.

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. ¬†I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. ¬†However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. ¬†I overheard that my ¬†confinement was due to the power of ‘allergies.’ ¬†I must learn what this means and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. ¬†I must try this again tomorrow — but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches.  The dog receives special privileges.  He is regularly released Рand seems to be more than willing to return.  He is obviously retarded.

The bird has got to be an informant.  I observe him communicating with the guards regularly.  I am certain that he reports my every move.  My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe.

For now…!

DOG CATCHING UP ON SLEEP!

This is one great and cute dog story!
Patrick
Subject: DOG CATCHING UP ON SLEEP!

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.
I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home

and was well taken care of.

He calmly came over to me, I gave him a few pats on his head;
he then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the
hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

cid:7A996A14EBA246A8B735873341F4C080@owner2eb934a63

An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.
The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall

and again slept for about an hour. This continued off and on for several days.

Curious, I pinned a note to his collar: ‘I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and¬†
ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.’¬†
The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar:
‘He lives in a home with 6 children – 2 under the age of 3 – he’s trying to catch up on his sleep. ¬†¬†
May I come with him tomorrow?’
